- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was just there to find that they are still identified on the web as Optimae Life Services, which gives you the wrong number. The wrong listed number means one has to go there directly. Upon approaching the building, I find the entrance is blocked, directing my round the corner and down that block. This creates a problem for one experiencing intense chronic pain. When I get there, I find I may not qualify for certain services. Which means, I could have avoided this entire trip if I had been able to locate the proper phone number. What bothers me most is how aloof the staff was, and uncaring about my individual circumstance. This is based on one frustrating visit, but this was the first impression I got.
